Junie B is an amazingly intelligent and
tenacious wild bird hunter and is reserved for that use alone. She has
been a natural retriever to hand since she was 4 months old! She does
not quit in the field! Absolutely the smartest dog we've ever known -
her intelligence is uncanny. She can cut off running coveys of gambels
quail and quickly assesses every situation to work birds back to her
hunter. She also honors naturally, like all of our dogs. She was
the smallest of her litter - the stereotypical tenacious runt - but has grown into a fine example of the GSP breed standard.
She is affectionate and sweet - living each day with passion! You won't
find a better meat hunter than this girl. |
