Teejay (hey, it's better than Thunder Jr which is what everyone called her as a baby!) was our pick from Thunder's first litter. She quite honestly has the sweetest and friendliest temperament of any dog we've every owned. We would like to explore therapy dog work with her when she is done with her field career. She has a beautiful, intense point with a nice high tail. She currently runs a large gundog race and we expect that will stretch to shooting dog as she matures. Teejay has serious drive in the field but at the same time is exceptionally biddable and handles so kindly, her handler says next to nothing on an average run. She also LOVES water, and seems to think she's part duck - would swim all day, every day if we let her. Her first litter should hopefully be born in late 2010, and then she will finish her gundog training, having already completed her open and amateur juvenile points towards her FC and AFC.
