Thunder is truly a complete package. He is a beautiful dog and shows supremely stylish in the field, with as 12 o’clock a tail as you will ever find, and a very intense “moon-gazing” point. Thunder typically runs a shooting dog range, although certainly has his all-age moments. We often hear “your dog really runs too big for gundog but he handles so kindly we had to use him”. He is very biddable and requires a minimum of direction from his handler. He is one of the gentlest and friendliest dogs we’ve ever owned who truly believes every human and dog he meets is a potential new best friend. Thunder is a house dog and terrible bed hog. He has sired one litter and proved his ability to pass on his range, incredible nose and beautiful point with high head and tail, as well as his sweet disposition and water love to his get.

 Thunder has OFA excellent hips and AKC DNA profile. Approved bitches will need OFA or PennHIP certification, proven ability in the field, show or agility/utility plus a negative Brucellosis test within 30 days of breeding. Stud fee is $600, half due at breeding, half at signing of litter papers. Litter of two or more live pups guaranteed or will re-breed on next cycle. Live cover at our home or agreed upon location under our supervision. He is a gentle and sweet stud. No aggressive bitches accepted.
